JPackerStudio has designed three high-performance and advanced industrial buildings for three industry leading companies in the AVK corporate family.  These buildings will provide production capacity in the United States for multiple products and will be produced using highly efficient processes and renewable technologies that reflect the goals and accomplishments of these organizations.

The three buildings consist of two 46,500 square foot facilities producing knife gate valves, dampers, and high-performance rubber components, and the third facility will manufacture high-quality valves and hydrants.  The third building, a 126,000 square foot building includes a foundry which will cast the iron products using induction furnaces, and utilize a cutting-edge process of energy recovery, heat exchange elevators, customized factory assembly line design, water reuse, and solar power to supplement the local utility grid production for the project.

JPackerStudio has worked with each entity to customize the facility operations for the local requirements and codes, and collaboratively designed the building and operations strategies to maximize performance and work with the local municipality to ensure all safety, fire, and community needs are met.
