Client
The architect's responsibility to a client extends beyond the execution of a brief. This pillar defines our commitment to helping clients understand the full scope of what they are commissioning, and the obligations that come with it.
This includes a clear distinction between design intent and measurable design outcomes; an honest assessment of how built environment quality directly affects an organisation's capacity to attract, retain, and sustain the people within it; and an explicit recognition that responsibility does not end at project handover. Every building is a permanent intervention in a shared environment. Our role is to guide clients through the decisions that shape that intervention, and to remain accountable for its performance long after completion.
